Gaining Access to London Heathrow Airport - LHR (Terminals 2 & 5).

Access to Heathrow's Terminal 2 and 5 is only possible through Caley Road and Wellington Road respectively.

Caley Road is a service road that runs directly under Terminal Two. It is the ONLY way to deliver goods of all types to either landside or air side to the Terminal. The Caley Road operation is managed by Bradford Swissport Limited on behalf of Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL).

Wellington Road is a service road that runs directly under Terminal Five. It is the ONLY way to deliver goods of all types to either landside or air side to the Terminal. The Wellington Road operation is managed by Bradford Swissport Limited on behalf of Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL).

Because of its location in relation to the Terminal strict security measures are in place. These include an application procedure for access. No one has an automatic right of access. Access to Bradford Swissport Limited's AMIS™ Booking System is subject to:

1. the completion of the AMIS™ Booking System's Authorized User Application Form.
2. compliance at all times with the Wellington Road Terms and Conditions located on the next page

In the event that at any time:

1. the information provided in the AMIS™ Booking System's Authorized User Application Form proves to be incorrect or inaccurate, save where you have advised Bradford Swissport Limited in writing; or
2. user fails to comply with either the Caley Road/Wellington Road Terms and Conditions

then Bradford Swissport Limited may withdraw User’s access to the AMIS™ Booking System.
